As a land investor, taking on a huge pile of property list in your inventory can get overwhelming. You look at your list and you see properties which you have no clue as to which ones are for due dilligence, which ones need marketing or are for inspection and the list could go on. You’ll end up feeling stumped and not knowing where to spend your time, resources and attention on.
With that in mind, we came up with a new feature called ‘Property Tags’. Now, you can label and tag each property and declutter your list.
You’ve probably heard of the decluttering approach called Konmari where you discard, categorize and maintain items to live an orderly life. The same approach can be applied in order to keep your business organized by using property tags. As you go through your list with property tags, you will now have a clear view as to which properties you need to discard so you can then focus on the ones that have a potential for high returns by categorizing those properties to their stages and maintaining them accordingly.

Editing Properties from Leads Page
While on the Seller or Buyer Page, you can now quickly edit the assigned properties. You no longer need to toggle to the Properties tab just to add your notes to a property.
