    What's Included?

    Hosting

    With our managed service, you get managed hosting included. This way our clients can get both hosting and website support under one roof.  Our hosting is a managed SSD hosting by WP Engine and you will be provided with up to 20X faster performance, and we also provide you with a free SSL certificate for your website. All monthly support plans include 2 GB storage space with unmetered bandwidth. 

    Essentially, you’re getting the best-dedicated WordPress hosting with some of the best and fastest technology. This all translates to an increase in conversion rates and Google will naturally rank you higher in their search result – all due to a fast loading website.

    Please note that even though your site is hosted on one of the most secure hosting services for WordPress, WP Engine, that REI Conversion is not held responsible for any security breaches. At the same time, REI Conversion will attempt and help to restore the site to the latest backup from within the past 30 days.

    REI Conversion holds the right to disable any plugins that may be causing performance, conflicts or functional issues on my site.

    Small Task Tickets

    Small Task Tickets include any task that takes us less than 30 minutes to complete and typically covers things like changing text, adjusting colors and font, and placing media. These tasks do not cover altering layouts of the theme, advance features such as plugin setup, support, and installation, and any third-party add-on or integration or functionality beyond the theme.

    Once a week, we review our “Small Task Tickets” which are changes that you can submit for us to perform for your site.  You can submit up to 4 tasks a month.     Small tasks cover any common tasks that can be done within 30 minutes. Small tasks cover any common tasks that can be done within 30 minutes. Design related services and creating a new website are not covered under our small tasks. Below are some of the most common 30 minute Task Ticket Requests:

    • Changing text (text must be provided)
    • Adjusting images (images must be provided)
    • Adding videos or media (video or media must be provided)
    • Formatting text
    • Altering colors, backgrounds, and branding within theme functionality
    • Changing content within the theme

    Daily Backups

    Your site is backed up on a daily basis automatically. You do not need to add a backup plugin to your site as regular backups are taken care of already. If you ever need to restore a backup of your site, each backup copy is available for 30 days and can be restored within those 30 days.

    WordPress Professionals at Your Services

    Agreeing to our terms means that the REI Conversion team has the right to create their own user administrator account inside of your WordPress website’s dashboard so we can log in with our own username and password. This access gives us full administrative access to your site. You have the ability and can remove and revoke our account at any time.

    Support Hours & Estimated Response Time

    Our official support hours are between 9 AM and 5 PM (Pacific time) Monday – Friday.

    We aim to respond to new tickets within 24 hours (Monday – Friday). Please note this is only an estimate and our actual response times may vary depending on support load and we may well take longer to respond to more advanced or technical queries.

    Cancellation

    If you decide to cancel your “REI Managed” plan and websites, you will need to either save a copy of your backup or transfer your site to another host before cancelling.
